By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Drevo specializes in professional WebStudio development and design services, focusing on high-performance, conversion-focused websites. Our services include custom website development, web design implementation, performance optimization, and SEO fundamentals.

3. Service Models and Payment

3.1 Growth Plan Subscription

Description

  • Monthly subscription service for ongoing web development needs
  • Unlimited web design and development tasks
  • Dedicated project management
  • Performance optimization and SEO fundamentals
  • Regular maintenance and updates

Payment Terms

  • Invoice sent before new cycle
  • Payment due within 5 business days
  • No long-term contract required
  • Monthly billing cycle starts upon first payment

Subscription Management

  • Pause or cancel anytime with 7-day notice
  • Active tasks completed before pause/cancellation
  • Resume service anytime
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Service continues until cancelled

3.2 Launch Package (Custom Projects)

Description

  • One-time custom website development project
  • Complete website design and development
  • Custom scope and requirements
  • Dedicated project management
  • Performance optimization and SEO setup

Payment Structure

  1. Initial Deposit (25%)

    • Non-refundable deposit
    • Due upon project approval
    • Secures project start date
    • Required for project initiation

  2. Project Completion (75%)

    • Final payment upon project completion
    • Payment confirmation is required before delivering the website and its assets

Payment Terms

  • All invoices payable within 5 business days
  • Work begins only after invoice clearance
  • Clear payment milestones in custom quote
  • No hidden fees or charges

3.3 General Payment Terms

  • All payments processed via professional invoicing system
  • Multiple payment options available
  • Late payments may result in work suspension
  • All prices quoted in USD unless specified
  • Tax obligations are client responsibility

3.4 Refund Policy

Growth Plan

  • No refunds for partial months
  • Active tasks completed before cancellation
  • No refunds after work delivery

Launch Package

  • Initial 25% deposit is non-refundable
  • No refunds once development phase begins
  • No refunds for completed and approved work
  • No refunds if code/files have been downloaded

4. Project Delivery

4.1 Delivery Process

  • Projects are managed through our professional project management system
  • Regular updates and progress reports provided
  • Unlimited revisions during the development phase
  • Clear communication channels maintained throughout the project

4.2 Project Completion

A project is considered complete upon receiving your approval. Upon completion and final payment, you will receive all relevant source files and documentation.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary access credentials and materials
  • Maintain timely communication
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables
  • Ensure all invoices are paid according to agreed terms
  • Maintain active subscription during development period

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Materials

You retain all rights to the materials you provide to us. By submitting materials for development, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use these materials and indemnify us against any intellectual property claims that may arise from their use.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon completion of payment, you receive full ownership rights to the project deliverables. However, we retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and maintain ownership of our development processes and tools used in creating the deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or the performance of third-party services and plugins. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our service, and we are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. This includes secure handling of access credentials and non-disclosure of business information. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our service agreement.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, adjust pricing, update these terms, or refuse service at our discretion. Any material changes to these terms or our service offering will be communicated to active clients with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate service immediately if you violate these terms, provide false information, fail to make payment, or abuse our service. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments and must cease use of our services.
