1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “you”), and Drevo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your purchase and use of the Drevo Library Pro. By accessing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description

Drevo provides the Drevo Library, a collection of digital components, plugins, and templates ("Product") designed to assist users in building websites on the Webstudio platform.

3. License and Use

3.1. Grant of License

Upon your purchase of the Drevo Library Pro, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal and commercial purposes to create final websites ("End Products") for yourself or your clients.

3.2. Individual Use

The license granted herein is for your individual use only. The cloneable project link and all of its contents, including but not limited to scripts, components, and plugins, are provided solely for your use in creating End Products.

3.3. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing, distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the cloneable project link or any of its contents.
Making the Product's contents available in any way that allows a third party to use, download, extract, or access them as a standalone file or library.
Using the Product to create a competing library, tool, or service.

4. Purchase and Payment

4.1. Drevo Library Pro License

The Product is available as a one-time purchase, which grants you lifetime access to the version of the Drevo Library available at the time of purchase, including any future updates provided at our discretion.

4.2. Payment Terms

The fee for the Drevo Library Pro license is $59 USD, billed as a one-time payment. All payments are processed through a third-party system. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4.3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the Product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. We provide free components to allow you to evaluate the quality of our Product before purchasing.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a cloneable project link. You may then copy and paste assets from the library directly into your Webstudio projects as permitted under this license.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to comply with all terms and restrictions outlined in Section 3 (License and Use).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Drevo Library, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein. The license granted to you does not transfer any ownership of the Product. You own the rights to the unique End Products you create using the library, but not to the underlying library components themselves.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is." In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Product.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your personal and payment information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our Product offerings, adjust pricing, or update these Terms at our sole discretion. We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Product with notice if you breach these Terms, particularly the license restrictions outlined in Section 3.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product.

13. Governing Law

By purchasing and using our Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
